This is a dam at Kpone close to the sea anytime it rains, it overflow to a path way that is leading from the beach side to the next town call Kpon-Ete into the sea that makes it difficult for Students,Workers and market women to run their day to day work. When it happens like this the people from Kpon-Ete have to close the water before going home.
Student’s from Kpon-Ete have to close in and out from school, it very dangerous and life is at risk.
Workers and Market women have to go through the same dangerous way to go to work or market.
